What date do i select making a booking?

Please select the date your event is taking place, if you are travelling to your event, please add these dates down in the notes section at checkout.

What is the cut off time for bookings?

If your event is on a Friday, we recommend placing your order before Tuesday 3pm. If your event is on a Saturday, bookings are required to be made before 3pm Wednesday (week of event)

Where are you located?

We are located in Central Auckland for pick ups & try ons (by appointment only)

What is the best way to get in contact with you?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you must contact us immediately to be eligible for a refund. If the order has already been shipped, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

What if the dress doesn’t fit?

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the dress for a store credit.
